In a quick conversation we’ll assess your current needs and where to start from. We’ll identify the exercises that you like most, develop a program, and work towards obtaining the lifestyle shift you’ve always wanted.
I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for life and love training hard for calisthenics — which is a lot more interesting than just pushups and pullups. Teaching these methods is my passion, because they help strengthen, burn calories, and require no equipment.
